The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Powers Catholic Chargers (Flint, MI) and the host Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI), saw Powers Catholic's baseball team gain a win over Mt. Pleasant by a tally of 14-10.

The Chargers (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Warriors enter the Saginaw Valley battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Bay City Western held off Dow (Midland, MI), 13-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Oilers face the Heritage Hawks (Saginaw, MI) in a Saginaw Valley battle, on Thursday, April 24. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Hawks enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-1 league win over Central (Bay City, MI).
