Fans at Monday's league contest between the Sports & Medical Sciences Academy/Bulkeley (Hartford, CT) and the visiting Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT), observed Sports & Medical Sciences Academy/Bulkeley's volleyball team top Academy of Science and Innovation by a count of 3-0.

The (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam (Putnam, CT). The Clippers enter the Independent contest with a 1-5 record.

Next, the Ravens battle the Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) in a Independent contest, on Wednesday, April 23. Academy of Science and Innovation will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Centaurs enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT).
