Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA) and the visiting Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA), saw Goochland's soccer squad knock off Orange County by a count of 3-1.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos enter the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Fluvanna County tipped Louisa County (Mineral, VA), 6-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Fighting Hornets battle the Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 24. Orange County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA).
