The Bishop Amat Lancers edged the host Upland Highlanders/Scots softball squad by a count of 15-14 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Lancers meet the Aquinas Falcons (San Bernardino, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 25. Bishop Amat will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
The Highlanders/Scots (16-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA). The Huskies enter the challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Chino Hills was nudged by Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
