The Lockport Porters lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Minooka Indians to 1 in the Porters league triumph on Monday.

The Porters now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Forest for a South Suburban challenge on Monday, April 28.

With the loss, Minooka falls to 1-8 on the year. The Indians travel to Normal Community (Normal, IL) to clash with the Ironmen in a South Suburban challenge on Wednesday, April 23. The Ironmen go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Normal Community won 6-5 in their recent league challenge against Washington (Washington, IL)
