Illinois High School Lacrosse - St. Charles East nips Wheaton-Warrenville South

In Monday's league challenge, the host St. Charles East Fighting Saints lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 triumph over the Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers.
The Fighting Saints (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Vikings go into the DuKane challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Geneva was nipped by St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL), 10-5, in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, IL) in a DuKane challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. Wheaton-Warrenville South will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 12-4 league loss to Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL).
