In Monday's league outing, the visiting Pickens Blue Flame soccer squad scored a tight 4-3 win over the Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers.
The Blue Flame (3-10) will now prepare for their outing against Landrum (Landrum, SC). The Cardinals enter the non-league outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Landrum tipped Chesnee (Chesnee, SC), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Fighting Tigers confront the Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 outing, on Tuesday, April 22. Blue Ridge will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the outing with a 10-2 record after their 4-1 league win over Berea (Greenville, SC).
