Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE) and the host Seward Bluejays (Seward, NE), saw Lexington's soccer squad triumph over Seward by a count of 6-1.
The Minutemen (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Schuyler (Schuyler, NE). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Schuyler tipped Aurora (Aurora, NE), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bluejays battle the Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Seward will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Huskies enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Schuyler (Schuyler, NE).
