The Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Albany Falcons to 6 in the Blue Streaks league win on Monday.

The Blue Streaks now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbia for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue battle on Wednesday, April 23. Saratoga Springs will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 12-0 league loss to Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Albany moves to 1-6 on the season. The Falcons travel to Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY) to encounter the Flying Dutchmen in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue battle on Tuesday, April 22. The Flying Dutchmen come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Guilderland won 2-1 in their recent league battle against Averill Park (Averill Park, NY)
