With the triumph, South Florence improves its record to 18-6 on the year. The Bruins travel to Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH) to face the Falcons in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Falcons enter the contest with a record of 10-1. Austintown-Fitch won 9-1 in their recent non-league contest against Lewisville (Richburg, SC)

The Blue Devils now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Paul VI for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 24. Independence will face a Panthers squad coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Canfield (Canfield, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 11-9.
