The Morgan Trojans softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting West Panthers to 0 in the Trojans non-league win on Monday.

The Trojans now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ben Lomond for a 3A Region 13 battle on Tuesday, April 22. Morgan will confront a Scots team coming off a 19-1 league loss to South Summit (Kamas, UT). The Scots record now stands at 0-9.

With the loss, West moves to 2-11 on the season. The Panthers host Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT) to confront the Eagles in a 5A Region 6 battle on Tuesday, April 22. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 5-11. Skyline lost 12-2 in their recent league battle against Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT)
