Ohio High School Softball - Ridgemont gets by Upper Scioto Valley

In Monday's league match, the host Ridgemont Golden Gophers softball team scored a tight 6-5 win over the Upper Scioto Valley Rams.

The Golden Gophers now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hardin Northern for a Northwest Central outing on Tuesday, April 22. Ridgemont will encounter a Polar Bears team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Ridgedale (Morral, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 10-4.

With the loss, Upper Scioto Valley moves to 2-7 on the season. The Rams host Continental (Continental, OH) to encounter the Pirates in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 24.
