The Tunkhannock Tigers triumphed over the host Williamsport Millionaires softball squad by a count of 10-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the Wyoming Valley West Spartans (Plymouth, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 1 challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Tunkhannock will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA).

The Millionaires (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Danville (Danville, PA). The Ironmen enter the Heartland I challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Danville was routed by Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA), 8-6, in a league challenge.
