In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Malone Tigers softball team scored a tight 1-0 win over the Gadsden County Jaguars.
The Tigers (9-5) will now prepare for their match against Poplar Springs (Graceville, FL). The Atomics come into the non-league match with a 10-8 record. In their last match, Poplar Springs nipped Geneva County (Hartford, AL), 1-0, in a non-league match.
