The Brockton Boxers baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Barnstable Red Hawks to 5 in the Boxers non-league victory on Friday.
The Boxers (4-3) will now prepare for their match against New Bedford (New Bedford, MA). The Whalers go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record.
The Red Hawks (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Ashland (Ashland, MA). The Clockers go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Ashland was edged by Hopkinton (Hopkinton, MA), 15-5, in a league match.
