The Manheim Central Barons baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Lancaster Mennonite Blazers to 0 in the Barons non-league victory on Friday.
The Barons (10-1) will now prepare for their match against Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA). The Buckskins go into the non-league match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Conestoga Valley was overwhelmed by Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA), 12-4, in a non-league match.
The Blazers (1-10) will now prepare for their match against Columbia (Columbia, PA). The Crimson Tide go into the Lancaster-Lebanon 4 match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Columbia was overwhelmed by Donegal (Mt. Joy, PA), 7-1, in a non-league match.
