The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) and the visiting De Smet Jesuit Spartans (St. Louis, MO), saw Carmel's lacrosse team top De Smet Jesuit by a margin of 16-4.
The Greyhounds (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Chesterton beat Evansville Mater Dei (Evansville, IN), 11-2, in a non-league challenge.
The Spartans (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Guerin Catholic was overwhelmed by South Bend St. Joseph (South Bend, IN), 13-11, in a non-league challenge.
