The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) and the visiting Golden Demons (Golden, CO), saw Cheyenne Mountain's lacrosse team top Golden by a margin of 15-4.
The Red-Tailed Hawks (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Tigers enter the 4A Northern challenge with a 4-7 record.
The Demons (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Vail Mountain (Vail, CO). The Gore Rangers enter the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Vail Mountain beat Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO), 12-6, in a league challenge.
