The St. John's Cadets triumphed over the host St. Anthony's Friars lacrosse team by a score of 11-5 in Friday's non-league match.
With the win, St. John's upgrades its record to 13-0 on the season. The Cadets host Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ) to play the Colts in a non-league match on Sunday, April 24. The Colts go into the match with a record of 3-4. Christian Brothers Academy lost 24-2 in their recent non-league match against Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ)
With the defeat, St. Anthony's drops to 8-1 on the season. The Friars host St. Dominic (Oyster Bay, NY) to play the Bayhawks in a Catholic - Island match on Thursday, April 28. The Bayhawks go into the match with a record of 0-1.
