Washington High School Softball - North Kitsap bounces Central Kitsap

North Kitsap Vikings (Poulsbo, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Central Kitsap Cougars (Silverdale, WA), 13-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Olympic for a 2A Olympic challenge on Monday, April 25. North Kitsap will face a Trojans squad coming off a 15-9 league win over Sequim (Sequim, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Central Kitsap falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Cougars host Timberline (Lacey, WA) to face the Blazers in a 3A South Sound challenge on Monday, April 25. The Blazers enter the challenge with a record of 4-5. Timberline won 10-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Montesano (Montesano, WA)
