Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Chargers now sport a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they host Oaks Christian for a Marmonte challenge on Saturday, April 23. Dos Pueblos will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Alemany (Mission Hills, CA). The Lions record now stands at 24-0.
With the loss, Oxnard falls to 14-8 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Alemany (Mission Hills, CA) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 8-14. Alemany lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA)
