California High School Baseball - Arleta loses to Mendez

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Mendez Jaguars baseball team scored a tight 14-9 victory over the Arleta Mustangs.
The Jaguars (6-10) will now prepare for their game against Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA). The Sheiks go into the Central game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Hollywood was overwhelmed by Mendez (Los Angeles, CA), 12-2, in a league game.
The Mustangs (2-13) will now prepare for their game against Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Dons go into the East Valley game with a 11-8 record. In their last game, Verdugo Hills tipped Roybal (Los Angeles, CA), 8-3, in a non-league game.
