Indiana High School Baseball - Manchester gets by Churubusco

April 22, 2023: North Manchester, IN 46962

Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Churubusco Eagles (Churubusco, IN), 8-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Manchester upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Squires travel to Northfield (Wabash, IN) to battle the Norsemen in a Three Rivers test on Monday, April 24. The Norsemen come into the test with a record of 2-4. Northfield lost 4-2 in their recent league battle against Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN)

The Eagles now possess a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeland for a non-league battle on Monday, April 24. Churubusco will play a Lakers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Woodlan (Woodburn, IN). The Lakers record now stands at 6-6.
