Arizona High School Baseball - Pima loses to Florence

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Florence Gophers baseball team scored a nice 11-3 victory over the Pima Roughriders.

The Gophers (18-8) will now prepare for their game against San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ). The Sabercats go into the 3A South Central game with a 16-7 record. In their last game, San Tan Foothills overcame Show Low (Show Low, AZ), 4-1, in a non-league game.

The Roughriders (12-10) will now prepare for their game against Morenci (Morenci, AZ). The Wildcats go into the 2A East game with a 10-12 record. In their last match, Morenci was overwhelmed by Pima (Pima, AZ), 20-10, in a non-league match.
