The Lake Placid Bombers baseball team (Lake Placid, NY), 9-7 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Saranac Lake Red Storm (Saranac Lake, NY)

The Red Storm now hold a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peru for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I outing on Monday, April 24. Saranac Lake will confront a Nighthawks team coming off a 21-0 league win over Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY). The Nighthawks record now stands at 4-0.

Next, the Bombers confront the Chazy Eagles (Chazy, NY) in a Section 7 Mountain Valley outing, on Tuesday, April 25. Lake Placid will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 13-0 league win over Wells (Wells, NY).
