The Marion Scarlet Hurricanes baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Princeton Tigers to 7 in the Scarlet Hurricanes non-league victory on Saturday.
The Scarlet Hurricanes (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Tazewell (Tazewell, VA). The Bulldogs go into the Southwest match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Tazewell edged Bluefield (Bluefield, WV), 5-3, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (7-14) will now prepare for their match against St. Albans (St. Albans, WV). The Red Dragons go into the non-league match with a 15-10 record. In their last match, St. Albans edged South Charleston (South Charleston, WV), 14-4, in a non-league match.
