The Denver East Angels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Niwot Cougars to 0 in the Angels non-league victory on Saturday.
The Angels now have a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hinkley for a DPL City game on Tuesday, April 25. Denver East will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Denver East (Denver, CO). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 8-7.
The Cougars (10-10) will now prepare for their game against Greeley Central (Greeley, CO). The Wildcats enter the Northern 1 game with a 17-3 record. In their last game, Greeley Central gained a win over Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO), 3-0, in a league game.
