The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) and the visiting New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL), saw Lyons's volleyball squad beat New Trier by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Lyons upgrades its record to 17-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Proviso West (Hillside, IL) to play the Panthers in a West Suburban bout on Tuesday, April 25. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Proviso West lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL)

The Trevians now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Maine South for a Central Suburban South bout on Wednesday, April 26. New Trier will play a Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 10-8.
