The DeKalb Barons softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Garrett Railroaders to 5 in the Barons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 2-7. New Haven lost 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN)

In their next game, the Railroaders clash with the Fairfield Falcons (Goshen, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 25. Garrett will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 9-3 record after their 10-6 league win over Lakeland (LaGrange, IN).
