Skyline Vikings (Scottsboro, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Etowah Blue Devils (Attalla, AL), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 24-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Morgan for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Skyline will face a Rebels squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Sparkman (Harvest, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Etowah falls to 17-15 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Sardis (Boaz, AL) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 12-10. Sardis lost 6-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison County (Gurley, AL)
