Ohio High School Softball - Wauseon can't hold off Genoa Area

The Genoa Area Comets softball team scored 1 runs and limited the visiting Wauseon Indians to 0 in the Comets non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Genoa Area improves its record to 8-5 on the year. The Comets travel to Lake (Millbury, OH) to clash with the Flyers in a Northern Buckeye game on Monday, April 24. The Flyers come into the game with a record of 8-3.
In their next game, the Indians clash with the Evergreen Vikings (Metamora, OH) in a Northwest Ohio Athletic game, on Tuesday, April 25. Wauseon will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 5-7 record after their 13-3 league loss to Swanton (Swanton, OH).
