Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Tinley Park Titans (Tinley Park, IL), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.

The RedHawks now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Joliet Catholic for a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Monday, April 24. Marist will battle a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 12-11 non-league win over Coal City (Coal City, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Tinley Park falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Titans host Bremen (Midlothian, IL) to battle the Braves in a South Suburban - Blue challenge on Monday, April 24. The Braves enter the challenge with a record of 5-7. Bremen won 18-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL)
