Pennsylvania High School Softball - Notre Dame bounces Panther Valley

The Notre Dame Spartans (East Stroudsburg, PA) softball routed the host Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA), 15-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Spartans (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Northern Lehigh defeated Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA), 9-8, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Panther Valley falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host Schuylkill Haven (Schuylkill Haven, PA) to face the Hurricanes in a Schuylkill II challenge on Monday, April 24. The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a record of 9-5. Schuylkill Haven won 5-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA)
