California High School Softball - West Valley bounces Shasta

April 22, 2023: Redding, CA 96001

The West Valley Eagles routed the host Shasta Wolves softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Anderson (Anderson, CA). The Cubs go into the Northern battle with a 5-11 record. In their last battle, Anderson was routed by Yreka (Yreka, CA), 8-0, in a league battle.

The Wolves now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Enterprise for a Eastern Athletic battle on Tuesday, April 25. Shasta will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 13-10 non-league win over Redding Christian (Palo Cedro, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 5-4.
