North Carolina High School Baseball - Atkins loses to Uwharrie Charter

In Monday's non-league game, the host Uwharrie Charter Eagles baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Atkins Camels.
The Eagles (15-5) will now prepare for their game against Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Cougars go into the Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A game with a 8-11 record. In their last game, Southwestern Randolph overcame South Stanly (Norwood, NC), 14-9, in a non-league game.
The Camels (13-7) will now prepare for their game against High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Bison go into the Mid-State 3A game with a 2-14 record. In their last game, High Point Central was overwhelmed by Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC), 15-0, in a league game.
