In Monday's league game, the host St. John Fighting Herald baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Windham Bombers.
The Fighting Herald (9-3) will now prepare for their game against Lordstown (Warren, OH). The Red Devils go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Lordstown was overwhelmed by Bristol (Bristolville, OH), 11-0, in a non-league game.
The Bombers (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Maplewood (Cortland, OH). The Rockets go into the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Maplewood overcame Mathews (Vienna, OH), 12-4, in a league game.
