Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Depew Wildcats (Depew, NY), 15-8 in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Seneca East for a Class C battle on Thursday, April 25. Amherst Central will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Frontier (Hamburg, NY). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Salamanca Warriors (Salamanca, NY) in a Class D battle, on Tuesday, April 23. Depew will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
