In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Starpoint Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Lockport Lions.

The Spartans now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Williamsville East for a Class C test on Wednesday, April 24. Starpoint will face a Flames squad coming off a 11-4 league win over Iroquois (Elma, NY). The Flames record now stands at 1-1.

In their next game, the Lions face the North Tonawanda Lumberjacks (North Tonawanda, NY) in a Class B test, on Wednesday, April 24. Lockport will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 12-1 league loss to Clarence (Clarence, NY).
