The North Laurel Jaguars softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting George Rogers Clark Cardinals to 1 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, North Laurel moves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Jackson County (McKee, KY) to clash with the Generals in a District 49 game on Tuesday, April 23. The Generals come into the game with a record of 13-5. Jackson County won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Model (Richmond, KY)

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 24. George Rogers Clark will attempt to move on its 3-14 season record. The Polar Bears come into the game with a 14-4 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY).
