The Rumson-Fair Haven Bulldogs (Rumson, NJ) softball routed the visiting Neptune Scarlet Fliers (Neptune, NJ), 15-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs (1-6) will now prepare for their bout against Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ). The Hornets go into the Shore - A Central bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Holmdel was routed by Allentown (Allentown, NJ), 11-0, in a non-league bout.
The Scarlet Fliers now possess a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to St. John-Vianney for a Shore - B North bout on Tuesday, April 23. Neptune will confront a Lancers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Manasquan (Manasquan, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 9-1.
