The crowd at Monday's league match between the Princeton Eagles (Princeton, CA) and the visiting Plumas Charter Warriors (Quincy, CA), saw Princeton's softball squad nip Plumas Charter by a count of 24-17.

The Eagles now sport a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they host Tulelake for a Evergreen match on Thursday, April 25. Princeton will face a Honkers squad coming off a 23-1 non-league loss to Lost River (Merrill, OR). The Honkers record now stands at 8-12.

With the loss, Plumas Charter falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host Chester (Chester, CA) to face the Volcanoes in a non-league match on Thursday, April 25. The Volcanoes enter the match with a record of 9-11. Chester won 25-9 in their recent league match against Portola (Portola, CA)
