Spectators at Monday's league match between the St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH) and the visiting Windham Bombers (Windham, OH), witnessed St. John's softball squad prevail over Windham by a count of 12-4.

The Fighting Herald now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Harding for a Northeastern Athletic match on Wednesday, April 24. St. John will face a Skippers squad coming off a 14-10 league win over Bristol (Bristolville, OH). The Skippers record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Windham moves to 3-6 on the season. The Bombers host Maplewood (Cortland, OH) to face the Rockets in a Northeastern Athletic match on Tuesday, April 23. The Rockets go into the match with a record of 7-4. Maplewood lost 12-0 in their recent league match against Mathews (Vienna, OH)
