The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA) and the visiting Brunswick Bulldogs (Lawrenceville, VA), saw Lunenburg Central's baseball team gain a win over Brunswick by a tally of 16-1.

The Chargers (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA). The Raiders enter the James River battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Amelia County was overwhelmed by Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA), 9-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Surry County Cougars (Dendron, VA) in a Tri-Rivers battle, on Thursday, April 24. Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 12-3 non-league win over West Point (West Point, VA).
