In Tuesday's non-league bout, the East Carteret Mariners (Beaufort, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC), by a tally of 16-0.
Next up, the Mariners encounter the Havelock Rams (Havelock, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 23. East Carteret will attempt to upgrade on its 21-0 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 4-12 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to East Carteret (Beaufort, NC).
The Dolphins (3-9) will now prepare for their bout against West Carteret (Morehead City, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league bout with a 9-7 record. In their last bout, West Carteret overcame Hunt (Wilson, NC), 7-1, in a non-league bout.
