The Richland Raiders baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Hickman County Bulldogs to 6 in the Raiders non-league win on Tuesday.
The Raiders now hold a 14-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loretto for a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. Richland will play a Mustangs team coming off a 13-3 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-14.
With the defeat, Hickman County drops to 9-10 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Cheatham County Central (Ashland City, TN) to play the Cubs in a 2A District 11 test on Wednesday, April 23. The Cubs go into the test with a record of 2-16. Cheatham County Central lost 10-1 in their recent league test against Harpeth (Kingston Springs, TN)
