In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lockport Porters volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Plainfield South Cougars.
The Porters (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL). The Boilermakers come into the challenge with a 3-4 record.
Next, the Cougars meet the Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL) in a challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. Plainfield South will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
