In Tuesday's non-league test, the Mahwah Thunderbirds (Mahwah, NJ) lacrosse team edged the host Caldwell Chiefs (West Caldwell, NJ), by a count of 11-10.
Next up, the Thunderbirds battle the Glen Rock Panthers (Glen Rock, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 25. Mahwah will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Panthers enter the test with a 4-3 record after their 13-12 non-league win over Columbia (Maplewood, NJ).
The Chiefs (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Cranford (Cranford, NJ). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Cranford was tipped by Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ), 12-6, in a non-league test.
