Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO) and the host Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles (Denver, CO), saw Dawson School's soccer squad prevail over Rocky Mountain Lutheran by a count of 5-1.

The Mustangs (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Gilpin County (Black Hawk, CO). The Eagles enter the 2A Mile High battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Gilpin County tipped Clear Creek (Evergreen, CO), 8-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Nederland Panthers (Nederland, CO) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 24. Rocky Mountain Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 4-4 record after their 0-0 league Twin Peaks Classical Academy (Longmont, CO).
