In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Raymond Central Mustangs baseball team scored a close 8-1 win over the Fairbury Jeffs.
The Mustangs (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE). The Pioneers go into the non-league game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Fort Calhoun nudged Guardian Angels Central Catholic/West Point Beemer (Scribner, NE), 2-1, in a non-league game.
