California High School Softball - Northgate bounces Acalanes

April 22, 2025: Lafayette, CA 94549

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) and the host Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), observed Northgate's softball team prevail over Acalanes by a tally of 18-2.

The Broncos (8-2) will now prepare for their bout against Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Ugly Eagles go into the bout with a 6-6 record. In their last bout, Clayton Valley Charter was routed by College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA), 10-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Dons clash with the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, April 24. Acalanes will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 12-2 league win over Benicia (Benicia, CA).
